Education: Hair Stylist Certification required

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Hair Stylist to provide clients with high-quality hair cuts, design and styling. You will play a key role in creating an unforgettable customer experience and building client relationships to encourage repeat hair appointments.

You have a high standard and an eye for detail when it comes to executing hair services. You listen to clients carefully, and will go above and beyond to make sure they are happy with their hair. What you will do:
– Shampoo, cut, colour and style hair
– Apply hair and scalp treatments
– Consult customers regarding hair styling and colouring
– Perform salon functions (i.e. attend customers, sell hair care and styling products)
– Keep updated on hair trends and styling methods
– Adhere to safety standards and salon cleanliness
– Keep appointments on schedule
– Build and maintain relationships with regular clients

What you bring to the role:
– Proficiency in hair styling techniques
– Ability to analyze hair and scalp condition and provide treatment and advice

Nail Technician

Position: Nail Technician

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented nail technician to provide clients with high-quality manicures, pedicures, Bio Gel, Shellac and nail designs. You will be responsible for greeting clients and answering their nail-related questions. You will play a key role in creating an unforgettable customer experience and building client relationships to encourage repeat nail appointments.

You have a true people-centric mindset and deeply care about helping clients feel happy, confident and refreshed. You have a high standard and eye for detail when it comes to executing nail services. Front-Desk Receptionist

About the job:
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about making customers feel confident and beautiful. You will play a key role in creating an unforgettable customer experience by being the first point of contact for customers who visit our salon or contact us. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, processing payments, solving customer problems and being knowledgeable about products, services and pricing.

About you:
You have a true people-centric mindset and deeply care about helping customers feel happy, confident and refreshed. You are able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of professionalism. You are a quick problem solver, a strong communicator and an enthusiastic individual. What you will do:
– Greet customers upon their arrival with a warm smile and a positive attitude
– Increase our brand awareness by building professional, friendly and trusting relationships with customers
– Answer customers’ questions about treatments, products, services and pricing via phone, email or in-person
– Assist with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products/services
– Assist with creating and publishing social media content and engaging with our followers
– Keep client records updated, process bookings and cancellations, manage appointment schedules and process payments
– Be the primary point of contact between customers and the salon team. Advise assigned hair stylists and nail technicians about customer’s arrival and update them about the services which they want
– Ensure that the salon is kept clean and professional (including tasks like emptying the towel bin, doing the laundry, sweeping the floors, etc.)
